Product Enhancements

  • Dynamic Cite Lists-Dynamic cite lists will allow users to create a search, save a cite list and that cite list will be updated when new decisions meet the search criteria. User notifications occur at each stage of the process. Users can create Dynamic Cite Lists using any of the available search filters, including our proprietary issue tags. (Available on Team and Enterprise plans.)
  • 6 new Issue Tags added-Generative AI, Hyperlinked Files, MS Teams, Emoji, Email Threading and Facial Recognition Technology. When new Issue Tags are added to the database, our team undertakes a comprehensive review of existing case law in the database to ensure the new Issue Tags are applied to any cases already in the database, as well as adding the Issue Tags to our protocol for our review of incoming cases.

Podcast Launch

  • Introduced the Case of the Week Podcast, expanding the reach of eDiscovery Assistant’s popular webcast series to provide actionable insights to litigation professionals on demand.
