- 6 new Issue Tags added-Generative AI, Hyperlinked Files, MS Teams, Emoji, Email Threading and Facial Recognition Technology. When new Issue Tags are added to the database, our team undertakes a comprehensive review of existing case law in the database to ensure the new Issue Tags are applied to any cases already in the database, as well as adding the Issue Tags to our protocol for our review of incoming cases.
